 According to experts, the best time to brush


 To maintain a normal routine, many people set a specific time each day to brush their teeth - usually people brush every morning after waking up and every night before going to bed.  But the question arises, should the morning brush be before or after your breakfast?  Experts claim that you should always brush before them.


 Reason for brushing your teeth before breakfast


 When you sleep, the bacteria in your mouth multiply.  These are the same bacteria that make your mouth taste bad and smell bad.  If you brush your teeth immediately after waking up, your teeth get a fluoride coating before eating, which helps prevent these bacteria from getting into breakfast.


 Disadvantages of brushing your teeth after breakfast


 It is never recommended that you consume only acidic snacks, such as toast, coffee, and sangtra juice, and then brush your teeth for at least 30 minutes.  Brushing your teeth after eating and drinking can affect the layer of animal on your teeth and that is why studies show that it is better to brush before breakfast.  So make sure you brush your teeth first when you wake up tomorrow.


 Precautions for those who brush after breakfast


 If you still have the best fit throughout the day after brushing your teeth after eating, make sure you at least follow these tips to keep your teeth healthy.


 There should be an interval of at least 30 minutes to an hour between meals and brushing.


 Drink a glass of water instead of juice for breakfast to keep your teeth clean and taste better in your mouth.


 Keep an eye out for acidic foods and beverages such as bread, pastries, dried fruits, citrus fruits, and peanut juice, etc. And if you eat them at breakfast, be sure to wait a bit before brushing.
